Fine-Line Tattoo Aftercare Kits
I truly hope you’ve had a great experience at my studio! Now that your tattoo is beginning it’s healing journey underneath the second skin, it’s time to get acquainted with all the goodies provided to you in your Aftercare Ritual Kit.
Every kit has the combined energy of two new moons, relative to the time you got your new ink. The crystal and the tarot card sticker are intentionally chosen and designed to bring this energy forward. All the contents are held in a hand dip-dyed and stamped reusable cotton bag.
Gemini + Cancer
jun 14 - aug 12
Healing is both feeling and understanding.
Let softness guide you as your story integrates.
Combined energy:
Curiosity → emotional holding
Mental openness softening into safety and care.
This chapter feels like integration — talking about the experience, processing it, letting the body settle emotionally.
Tarot archetype:
The Lovers // Connection — between mind and heart, self and body.
Crystal:
Moonstone
Emotional regulation (Cancer)
Flow + adaptability (Gemini)
Extremely aligned with tenderness and aftercare
Now for the items that will stay consistent through each changing moon. Those that will help you take care of your tattoo, and those that will help you take care of yourself. Included, we have…
for the skin
A bar of Soap, made by a local artisanal soapmaker. Find more from her here.
5ml jar of Mad Rabbit Daily Tattoo Lotion, labeled with an “L.”
3ml jar of Mad Rabbit Tattoo Balm, labeled with a “B” and meant to be used on your tattoo once healed.
for your soul
A stick of Palo Santo. Meaning "holy wood" in Spanish, it is a sacred wood used in smudging rituals to cleanse negative energy, uplift the spirit + promote a feeling of peace, and create a sacred space. I use this every new moon to cleanse and refresh the energy at the shop.
A couple Nag Champa incense cones, as well as a small burner dish. This scent is burned during spiritual practices for its meditative and aromatherapy benefits, believed to promote peace, harmony, and a tranquil environment. I burn these incense every morning at the shop.
A bag of Reiki Energy herbal tea. The same blend offered to you at your appointment. Just a little way to provide an additional sensory memory tied to your experience of getting your tattoo. I recommend you sip in a quiet time, while you can reflect on and sit with the meaning behind your tattoo. Ingredients.
Thank you so much for trusting me with this.
It is not taken lightely, and I hope you always have good memories when you take a look at your tattoo.
Take care,
Jayme
Aries + Taurus
Apr 17 - Jun 13
A new beginning is taking shape.
Move boldly, but root deeply.
Healing turns inspiration into something lasting.

Bold beginnings that must be grounded into the body and reality. This is the moment after inspiration — where energy becomes something tangible, skin-level, real.
Tarot archetype:
The Fool // New beginnings made physical. The seed becoming matter.
Crystal:
Carnelian
Courage + creative fire (Aries)
Physical vitality + embodiment (Taurus)
Supports healing energy and confidence
